Achievement: Created, implemented and now, manage a Business Intelligence unit in Valeo Compressors Japan. Starting from zero in 2008, the project has currently 20 coordinators, 2 fully dedicated employees in Japan, a portal with ~1.000 connections/month which is recognized as benchmark in the company. Regular presentations of the project to Top Management.
Leading a worldwide team on an innovative project is a thrilling challenge for myself.
In addition, I'm General Secretary of the French in Japan Association for the 2nd year. This is 15 voluntaries organizing 50 events per year including a Gala which the Ambassador and Consul are attending.
