Before founding my own company, I worked as an HR consultant for both Japanese and US consulting firms and also I worked as a Human Resources professional/manager for several companies. And my past experiences have enabled me to understand both Theory-side and practice-side of Human Resources. My experiences are also unique: I have experienced business start-up, litigation, Labor Union issues, and lay-offs to say nothing of other HR projects as an HR Director. I have 12 years’ experiences in this field and earned an MBA degree from Wake Forest University in the US. I am fully bilingual.
