Has 4 peoples working in there but, organising all import/export of parts for Renault- Nissan business and providing Engineering supervising service to Lear as a joint venture named Tacle Seating.
I'm fully dedicated into seating system development from Tachi-S as Senior Engineer / Engineering Supervisor and working together with 10+ team members from Lear Corp.
Responsible for failure analysis with ISO engineering tools such as DFMEA, tolerance stack ups, Ishikawa diagram, with actual testing results and so on. And generating countermeasure idea to achieve customer requirements include lead time and cost.
If I explain my task in just one word, well, my job is like a fire fighter. I must stop fire on program with utilizing deep knowlidges and experiences for seat development business.
It's definitely tough and difficult job but, am really enjoying it since I can use everything what I learned and obtained from previous projects to make our customer happy.
