2010 - 2011This position covers the boutiques in duty free area or in DFS Galleria.

2008 - 2009In this newly created position, I was in charge of:
- Strategy: participation to its elaboration and responsibility for implementing several parts.
- Proposing sales budgeting by boutique and product category.
- Providing advises and business scenarii for network optimization.
- Space planning responsibility for renewals and openings (layout, MD, traffic, treatment).
- Project management: coordination of promotions & product launch related activities.
- Network animation such as boutique sales competitions & incentives.
Key achievement:
– Strategy related: selected and supported 6 boutiques to have their high-end stock upgraded.
4 of them performed + 3~7 pts vs. non-upgraded boutiques.
- Team related: heavy motivation work during an international sales competition, that lead several Japanese boutiques to be in the world-wide winners, despite the poor economic situation.
2006 - 2008In this position, I handle the following tasks:
- Managing watches (300 sku) and leather goods (450 sku), 16 bjpy turnover or 25% of sales.
- Development of MD recommendations for retail, boutique allocation.
- Being a member of the E-commerce business set-up team, I defined the On-line MD offer.
- In charge of product launches, stock optimization, sales analysis and forecasts.
- MD recommendations to the Store Design & VMD teams for boutiques renewals and openings.
Key achievement: +10 % sales increase of a key product category after implementing a
+15 % stock increase, with the agreement of the management team.
The loss in efficiency was largely compensated by a better image and a better management of entry lines.
2003 - 2006The Commercial control used to audit retail and wholesale networks (boutiques and watch dealers) to ensure that Cartier's presence and offer are respected. We used to report the situation to management and advise our customers (when B to B) to enhance our image.
Another part of the job was to chase after counterfeit, fakes sold over the internet/parallele market, or unauthorized use of the brand name.
Many legal-cases were succesfully handled.
2001 - 2002Air Liquide Japan is the subsidiary of French leading compangy Air Liquide.
The company is specialized in providing gases and services to industries and hospitals.
The market research department was in charge of market surveys, business analysis, sales consolidation and reporting, and assessing future potential markets.

2001 - 2001In this internship within the Japanese company Brother,
I worked on the following tasks:
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Network analysis through geographical aspects
- Follow-up of the sales incentive to the dealers
- Participation to the preparation of the strategic plan
