• Align IT infrastructures with strategic business requirements & objectives: Define, purchase and implement IT Infrastructures.
• Define IT Standards, KPI and processes for Europe and Asia, with Local IT Team and Service providers (Telcom, hardware, support …).
• Lead of infrastructures perimeters for business projects (New country opening, Major SAP upgrade …)
• Manage Infrastructure operations to ensure a good level of users’ satisfaction.
• Manage Security (design, processes, follow-up) in compliance with LVMH Groups Security standards.
• Define, build and deploy the Sephora Active Directory architecture across all European HQ and Stores (previously NT4 technologies), with one technical core-model and master for all Europe.
• Coordinate actions with the Sephora local IT Teams in Europe and Asia.
• Allocated and managed IT budget.
• Experienced in IT governance challenges linked to the outsourcing.
• Europe HQ Helpdesk management.

Auchan Group. France & Poland – 450 Stores, 6 HQ, 20 Warehouses, turnover: 4Md €.
• Define and deploy LAN – WAN – SAN network architecture (more than 500 sites) in France and Poland.
• National and International project management (mainly WAN migrations and evolutions, Security).
• National and International project participation (New ERP, New Warehouse installations, New business applications in BI, CRM or EDI).
• Follow-up telecom provider delivered service.
