- Set up Industrialization of Light Duty commercial vehicles in Indonesia, Europe, Russia, India and Brazil, by leading a cross-functional team to define the supply concept as well as identify potential suppliers (both global and local) to guarantee the best value and quality
- Track Contract signing and Negotiation achievement with Strategic suppliers, and minimize Cost risk
2010 - 2010In charge of all Light Duty commercial vehicle product projects and related components (8 global projects, 4 components incl. Hybrid system) managing 4 Project controllers
- Set up of special cross-functional teams to further reduce costs of series products, leading to a total cost reduction 0.5M.JPY
- Lead Target cost activities for Long term projects to secure and balance the requested profitability and customer benefits
2008 - 2010- Set up of Cost-tracking for the project using cross-functional teams leading to a total cost reduction of 0.2 M.JPY per vehicle
- Define Supply chain processes from Ordering to Delivery to production line, considering International suppliers lead-time and packaging conditions
- Define tracking and reporting methods for all cost items (Variable, Fixed as well as Investment) for the Project
